This is another piece from my collection of works inspired by the artist, Richard Diebenkorn. I recently spent some time in northern California and was taken by the beauty of the vast agricultural fields and the lovely way the blue sky provided a breath-taking contrast to the golden hues. In this work the viewer rises up to take in the vista with the telephone lines guiding you to the distant horizon.
